Event/Training Facility Rental

We have a 3,000 square foot centrally located, upgraded training facility in ABQ Uptown equipped with 10 tables and 60 chairs that is available for rent. This space is ideal for socially distanced meetings, as it is, and has plenty of room to spread out tables and chairs.   We clean and sanitize after each meeting and hand sanitizer is available throughout our facility.  Face masks are required for all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, in the building and in all areas of this facility.

Depending on your needs, you will find our rates reasonable, starting at $250 a day for facility rental. This rate will increase if you require additional support to coordinate the logistics of the event/workshop.

Facility Details:

  • 3,000 square foot facility: 2,100 square foot main training room and access to kitchen, separate office, copy/supply room, and small conference or meeting room.

  • South and West facing walls in large training room are all windows with views of the city to the West.

  • Unlimited access to coffee, tea and filtered water.

  • Refrigerator and microwave access.

  • High-speed internet, 4K HDR projector, 142" projector screen, two 60" TV's on rolling stands, wireless microphones/lapels and speaker system, 60 chairs and 10 tables available. 

  • Handicap accessible building.

Rates:

The rates below include access to the full facility, equipment use and coffee, tea and filtered water.

 

Full day use (8am-6pm, Monday-Friday):

$250

4-hour use (Monday-Friday):

$150

2-hour use (Monday-Friday):

$100
