All of our courses offer 1 CE/CEU per hour of training and are provided by trainers with extensive knowledge and experience in the field. MITC is credentialed as a CEU provider with the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board and the American Psychological Association (APA).

  • Advanced Motivational Interviewing (MI)

    Join us for a 12-hour Advanced MI workshop to continue to develop clinical skills that support the practice of MI with opportunities for feedback. We will be meeting virtually on June 29 & 30 and July 6 & 7, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm MST each day.
  • Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention [MBRP] - Full Program
    Register for all 3 phases of the MBRP training: developing a personal practice, facilitator intensive workshop, and consultation groups. The program will run from July 7, 2023 to September 8, 2023. $479 per person / Receive 30 CE's

  • Trauma-informed Ethical Decision-making: Employing the 10 Principles of Trauma-Informed Ethical Practice
    ONLINE $80 per person Earn 6 Ethic CE's Presented by Cortny Stark, Ph.D., LPCC, LADAC, CRC The proposed trauma-informed ethical decision-making model provides helping professionals with a two-part framework for addressing ethical dilemmas with client survivors of trauma.
  • Compulsive Sexual and Love Behavior: Etiology and Culturally-responsive Treatment for Sex Addiction (1)
    $55 per person -- Receive 4 CE's Facilitated by Dr. Cortny Stark, PhD, LPCC, LADAC, CRC. This presentation provides additional training regarding the etiology, and evidence-based culturally-responsive treatment modalities for clients/patients experiencing out-of-control sexual compulsions.
  • Listening Well: The Art of Empathic Understanding

  • Robert J. Meyers, PhD presents CRAFT

    $275 (12 CE) This training is led by the creator of the CRAFT model! CRAFT methods are evidence-based and provide families with a hopeful, positive, and effective alternatives to addressing substance problems.
